JAPAN CONSORTIUM FOR INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION IN CULTURAL HERITAGE
The Japan Consortium for International Cooperation in Cultural Heritage (JCIC-Heritage) is an organization in which specialists and institutions from a wide range of fields related to international cooperation in cultural heritage take part. The Tokyo National Research Institute for Cultural Properties operates the JCIC-Heritage Secretariat, under contract to the Agency for Cultural Affairs. While promoting networking and information sharing among Consortium members, it also takes part in research on activities related to international cooperation in cultural heritage and conducts promotional and awareness-raising activities.
